InfraTech Capital Expands Board and Announces Executive Appointments

Richard Caldwell named EVP, Global Sales and Business Development; Edward Hamilton named Chief Financial Officer

RESTON, Va. — InfraTech Capital today announced the appointments of Richard Caldwell as Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development, and Edward Hamilton as Chief Financial Officer. The company also increased the number of seats on its board in coordination with its investors.

InfraTech Capital expands its board and appoints Richard Caldwell as EVP, Global Sales and Business Development, and Edward Hamilton as Chief Financial Officer.

Both executives will report directly to Luiz Fuschini, President and Chief Executive Officer. The appointments establish senior responsibility at Capital for global commercial development and group financial oversight, supporting the company’s investment activities and its InfraTech Cables operating business.

Caldwell brings more than 25 years of experience in the European telecommunications sector, including experience with Vodafone. He will lead global sales strategy and business development, with responsibility for international market development, strategic customer relationships and coordination of regional sales teams.

Hamilton brings 20 years of experience across the private equity and infrastructure fund sectors, including experience with Barclays in the United Kingdom. He will oversee group financial strategy, capital planning, cash management, reporting and financial controls, together with the financial review of investment opportunities.

Aloysio Bleyer, Chief Operating Officer of InfraTech Capital, leads InfraTech Cables’ operations and reports to Fuschini. He is also responsible for the new optical fiber cable manufacturing plant under development in Poland, in coordination with InfraTech Capital Italia. His operational remit covers procurement, coordination with manufacturing partners, product engineering, supply chain, logistics and commercial administration.

Under the structure, corporate strategy, capital allocation, financial oversight and global commercial planning remain at InfraTech Capital. InfraTech Cables serves broadband, telecommunications, data center, utility and outside plant markets through manufacturing relationships, product coordination, distribution and international logistics.
