Ageing should never make a woman invisible. Yet for many women, growing older means being excluded from conversations about health, sexuality, rights and dignity. Society celebrates women while they are young, fertile and considered attractive, then grows uncomfortable with them as they age.
Their sexual needs are dismissed, their desires questioned, and their bodily autonomy treated as though it expires with time.
