Are you concerned about paying the PTA registration cost for an imported iPhone 18 Pro Max in Pakistan? Instead of paying the entire amount at once, eligible Bank Alfalah credit cardholders can use Alfa Mall’s installment plans for the iPhone 18 Pro Max PTA approval service.
The Alfa Mall listing displays a PTA approval service price of Rs 249,999, with payment options ranging from 3 to 36 months. The shortest plans are advertised at 0% markup, although processing fees and Federal Excise Duty (FED) are still applicable.
iPhone 18 Pro Max PTA Tax – Installment Plans
According to the installment breakdown displayed by Alfa Mall, the following options are available through a Bank Alfalah credit card:
| INSTALLMENT PLAN | PROCESSING FEES + FED (ONE TIME) | MONTHLY INSTALLMENT |
|---|---|---|
| 3 Months (0% Markup) | 3.0% | Rs 83,333 |
| 6 Months (0% Markup) | 8.0% | Rs 41,666 |
| 9 Months (Markup) | 2.5% | Rs 32,653 |
| 12 Months (Markup) | 2.5% | Rs 25,711 |
| 24 Months (Markup) | 2.5% | Rs 15,318 |
| 36 Months (Markup) | 2.5% | Rs 11,875 |
The 36-month option starts at Rs 11,875 per month, but it is a markup-bearing plan, not an interest-free offer. The 3-month and 6-month options are labelled 0% markup; nevertheless, their respective one-time processing charges and FED mean they are not necessarily cost-free financing.
The installment figures are those displayed on the Alfa Mall product page and may be rounded. Buyers should check the final payable total, applicable card terms, processing fees and any other charges at checkout. The service price is not the retail price of an iPhone 18 Pro Max.
How to Pay iPhone 18 Pro Max PTA Tax in Installments Through Alfa Mall
To apply for the installment facility, follow these steps:
- Open the iPhone 18 Pro Max PTA approval service page on Alfa Mall.
- Enter the requested handset details, including its IMEI, together with your name and CNIC details, as required by the portal.
- Choose the available installment or buy-now-pay-later option instead of a single upfront payment.
- Select the Bank Alfalah credit card installment tenure that suits your budget.
- Review the monthly installment, processing fee, FED, markup, and total amount payable before completing checkout.
As stated on the Alfa Mall installment interface, credit cards issued within the previous three months or cards without sufficient available limit are not eligible for the facility. Eligibility and final terms remain subject to the bank’s conditions.
For iPhone 18 Pro Max owners who need PTA registration, paying in installments may make the upfront expense easier to manage. However, the longer-term plans add markup, so users should compare the full cost rather than choosing solely on the basis of the lowest monthly installment.
