Chrissy Metz left Los Angeles in 2020 for a new adventure. And the This Is Us actress has turned her Nashville dream into a reality with her stunning home that could pass as a retreat.
Chrissy, 46, moved to Music City after living in Southern California for 21 years to pursue a career in the music industry. "My family is in Florida, where I'm from, and during the pandemic, I could drive to them from here," she told People at the time. "It's just a better quality of life here. Everything is 15 minutes away, and it's just so much less stress."
Six years later, Chrissy is still enjoying life in the South in her picturesque home. The actress's living room is stunningly symmetrical, with vaulted ceilings and a rounded archway overlooking the expansive lounge area. The Hunting Wives star worked with designer Sam Frost to create her space, who styled it with navy blue couches and soft brown chairs to bring in a bit of warmth.

After wrapping her run in & Juliet, the actress revealed that she turned to GLP-1 medication to improve her lifestyle.
"It's been helping me be more mobile and have less joint pain and inflammation, and run around onstage, and just do things that would have been much more difficult several pounds and inches ago," Chrissy revealed, sharing that she had lost 63lbs in the first months of starting the drug.

Admitting she was hesitant at first, Chrissy revealed that the biggest change was the drug quieting the food noise in her brain. "People are going to criticize you no matter what you do, no matter what you say, how you dress, what you look like – thin, overweight, mid-size, whatever," she told Us Weekly, sharing that she had received pushback from fans who had seen her as an inspiration.
