Jeremy Ross Brown, 46, faced the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday, October 22, when he was granted bail.

He is yet to enter pleas to 11 counts of possessing a prohibited weapon without authorisation, and one count each of possessing prohibited firearms, trafficking in cannabis, and contravening a court order.

In the house, police allegedly located a credit card firearm, a revolver, a handgun-style gel blaster, and ammunition.
Police also seized crossbows, batons, knuckle dusters, stun guns, throwing star knives, throwing axes, pepper spray, and cannabis.
Applying for bail on Brown's behalf on Thursday, his duty lawyer said proposed conditions could mitigate any risk to community safety or of him committing offences.
She said Brown had been assisting police and there was no evidence to suggest he could not comply with bail conditions.
The lawyer added that while he was allegedly found in possession of 500 grams of cannabis, there was no suggestion he was selling it, as he was not found with any associated paraphernalia.
Opposing bail, the prosecutor argued he had been found with a "vast array of dangerous weapons" and posed a risk to the community if released.
Magistrate Michael Cowen said he was minded to grant bail, noting the police investigation was at an early stage.
He said his "greatest concern" was the alleged possession of a credit card firearm, though he noted the prosecution was not able to confirm if it was capable of discharging ammunition.
He noted officers allegedly found ammunition at the house, but said there was "ambiguity" about its exact nature and any potential connection to the firearms found,
He also said Brown was not charged over the ammunition specifically.
"Is it a bullet, is it not a bullet? I'm left in a position of not actually knowing at this stage," he said.
Noting that the alleged weapons have already been seized, he granted Brown bail. The case will return to court in November.
