CM releases schedule for Ministers to attend Dasara programmes in Mysuru

Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar has released a schedule for Ministers to attend Dasara programmes.

In a note, he has asked the Ministers to participate in the programmes on the dates specified for them without fail while seeking their co-operation for the successful conduct of Mysuru Dasara 2026 festivities.

The dates listed for participation for each Minister are in addition to their attendance in the programmes organised by their respective departments.

While he in his capacity as Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister G. Parameshwara, Minister in-charge of Mysuru district Yathindra Siddaramaiah and Kannada and Culture Minister Shivaraj Tangadagi will participate in the Dasara programmes on the inaugural day on October 11, Mr. Shivakumar has asked all his Ministerial colleagues, all Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs and MLAs and MLCs to attend the grand finale on October 21, the day of Jamboo Savari.

While Ministers Muniyappa, U.T. Khader and T. Raghumurthy have been asked to attend the programmes on October 12, Ministers K.J. George, N. Cheluvarayaswamy and Mr. Puttarangashetty will attend the Dasara programmes on October 13.

Ministers M.B. Patil, Basavanthappa and Byrathi Suresh will participate in  the programmes on October 14 and Ministers Satish Jarkiholi, Eshwar Khadre and H.C. Balakrishna have been assigned the Dasara programmes on October 15. Ministers Ramalinga Reddy, Basavaraj Rayaraddi and Shivalingegowda will be attending the Dasara programmes on October 16.

Similiarly, Ministers S.S. Mallikarjun, Narendraswamy and Ajay Singh will be attending the events on October 17 and Ministers Krishna Byre Gowda, Madhu Bangarappa and Rudrappa Lamani will be participating in the Dasara programmes on October 18.

On October 19, Ministers Priyank Kharge, Rizwan Arshad and Laxman Savadi will attend the events and on October 20, it will be the turn of Ministers Sharan Prakash Patil, Zameer Ahmed and Santosh Lad.
