Bandai Namco Entertainment and Kairosoft have confirmed that One Piece: Grand Gourmet launches on October 23, 2026. The restaurant management sim arrives on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PC, and iOS through Steam, and it is priced at $19.99. Players join the Straw Hat Crew as a new staff member and work to turn the second Baratie location into the greatest restaurant on the seas.
Cooking with Sanji aboard Baratie Number Two
You work alongside Sanji aboard Baratie Number Two, a second branch of the floating restaurant from the series. You start with a modest ship, collect ingredients, and cook dishes that you arrange into signature set menus. Each new recipe helps the restaurant grow into a renowned culinary destination on the seas. Recipes range from series favorites such as Water-Water Meat BBQ to creations inspired by Devil Fruit powers, and more recipes turn up as you adventure across the seas.
A pixel-art roster of 400+ characters
Kairosoft brings more than 400 One Piece characters into its pixel-art style for the first time in a game. They appear as both staff and customers, and each one can interact, work, and dine in the restaurant, which unlocks unique events and special moments. Visiting characters have their own tastes, and if one likes your restaurant design, they may become a regular. Over 200 furniture, building, and decorative items let you shape the interior, from dessert-themed Whole Cake Island pieces to futuristic Egghead items.
Platforms and release date
The game targets Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam, the App Store, and Google Play. Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe gives October 23 as the date for all of them. In Japan, the Switch and Switch 2 versions arrive a day earlier on October 22, while the Steam and mobile versions stay on October 23. On Switch 2, the game supports Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, which the Nintendo Direct trailer showed off.
Reveal and background
One Piece: Grand Gourmet was revealed during the June 2026 Nintendo Direct. Kairosoft developed the game, and Bandai Namco Entertainment publishes it. Pre-orders opened on the Nintendo eShop after the reveal. The project follows Kairosoft’s earlier anime shop sim, Doraemon Dorayaki Shop Story, which also lets players run a business with a famous cast.
