Honor teases new gaming phone with better AnTuTu score than RedMagic 12 Pro+

Honor is gearing up to launch the Win 2, a direct successor to last year's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered Win. Through recent teasers, the company has confirmed a couple of the core specs, and among them, the teaser about the phone's AnTuTu score is the main highlight.

The company claims that the Honor Win 2 can achieve 5,702,964 points on AnTuTu, higher than the RedMagic 12 Pro+'s marketed score of 5,670,006. To compare, the iQOO 16 is said to score around 5,574,521 points, while the OnePlus 16 can get around 5,633,288 points.

So, per the numbers shared by Honor, the Win 2 is the highest-performing gaming phone of the bunch. For reference, the smartphone is powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 that the competing phones feature, and just like the predecessor, it comes with an active cooling setup (Cyberix magnetic phone cooler curr. $24.99 on Amazon).

Of course, the cooling setup of the Win 2 consists of two fans, which is likely why it got the edge over the competition. Honor has also confirmed that the upcoming flagship gaming phone will sport a 2K display with an 185Hz refresh rate, making it a decent pick for competitive gamers.

One of the previous teasers has also confirmed that the phone will pack a 10,100mAh battery, which is another aspect where the Win 2 has an advantage over the competition. The launch is set for October 21, 2026, but the company has already revealed the pricing details.

It's set to start at CNY 5,499, about $822, which is the price for the configuration with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. For reference, the base config of the RedMagic 12 Pro+ with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs CNY 6,499, about $971.
