The Kansas City Chiefs signed linebacker Aiden Fisher to their practice squad on October 20.
Fisher began his career in professional football as a seventh-round pick of the Houston Texans in the 2026 NFL Draft after an illustrious collegiate career with the James Madison Dukes and Indiana Hoosiers.
A native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Fisher earned First-team All-American honors in 2024 and 2025 and was a member of Indiana's College Football Playoff championship team under legendary coach Curt Cignetti.
News of Fisher's signing with the Chiefs was first reported by NFL insider Jordan Schultz in a post to his official Twitter account:

It is unclear if Kansas City will choose to elevate Fisher to its 53-man roster during the 2026 regular season, but the Chiefs might decide to give the former Hoosier playing time if injuries affect the team's depth at the linebacker position.
Stay tuned to see if Fisher will make his debut during Kansas City's Week 7 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
