1. General Manager (GM)
Department: Executive management
Reports To: The board of directors/ Shareholders
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Duties and Responsibilities
– Lead the company’s overall strategy, operations, and sustainable growth.
– Oversee technology development, project delivery, and quality assurance.
– Manage departments, teams, budgets, and organizational performance.
– Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
– Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
– Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, electrical and
communication Engineering or closely related field.
– Having proven management related degree/certificate is advantageous
Required Work Experience
– Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Required Managerial Skills
– Strategic planning, organizational leadership, and business development.
– Project portfolio management, budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
– Team leadership, performance management, and talent development.
– Client relationship management, contract negotiation, and strategic partnership development.
– Strong decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Required Technical Skills
– Understanding of software architecture, system design, and software development lifecycle.
– Knowledge of AI-enabled software development, Big Data, Data Analytics, Business
Intelligence, and database technologies.
– Experience with enterprise systems, system integration, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
– Ability to oversee technical teams
– Experience managing complex IT projects and technology solutions.

2. Deputy General Manager (DGM) Department: Executive Management Reports To: The general Manager Location: Addis Ababa
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Support the General Manager in executing company strategy and managing daily operations.
o Coordinate technical teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
o Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance indicators.
o Coordinate departments, clients, and stakeholders to resolve operational and technical challenges.
o Prepare management reports and recommend improvements in operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
o Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, electrical and communication
Engineering or closely related field.
o Having proven managerial certificate is advantageous
Required Work Experience
o Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Required Managerial Skills
o Operational planning and execution.
o Project scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and performance evaluation.
o Team coordination, staff supervision, and resource management.
o Client communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
o Risk identification, problem-solving, and timely decision-making.
Required Technical Skills
o Knowledge of software development, system analysis, database management, and application deployment.
