Self-taught musician and music producer TRIV, also known as Trivarg Arandhara, has released a 60-song digital album titled ‘XUROLIPI’, featuring contributions from more than 30 artists.
The album was launched at Devgn Cinex on October 22, 2026, at 8 pm. It brings together songs across different musical styles and voices, showcasing a wide range of Assamese music.
According to the press release, ‘XUROLIPI’ has the potential to set a world record for the highest number of full-length songs released in a single album on one day and produced by a single music producer. However, the record claim has not yet received official recognition.
The album is the result of more than a year of continuous effort by TRIV, who has drawn on his years of experience in music production to bring together a diverse group of artists for the project.
TRIV's musical journey began in 2007, when he received his first guitar from his father on his seventh birthday. He started working in music production in 2012 and gradually developed his skills as a self-taught musician and producer.
He and his younger brother grew up in a music-loving family. Their parents introduced them to a wide range of musical traditions, including Borgeet, Western soft music, rock, blues, and ghazals. This diverse musical environment played an important role in shaping TRIV's approach to music and his creative development.
Through ‘XUROLIPI’, TRIV has brought together his years of experience and creative work in a single project, with the participation of more than 30 artists. The album aims to expand the reach of Assamese music while providing a platform for different artists and musical styles.
The launch event was attended by senior journalist Pranoy Bordoloi, Dr Navanil Barua, international swimmer Elvis Ali Hazarika, Mousumi Mahanta and Kalyani Anandaram, among other distinguished guests.
With 60 full-length tracks released together, ‘XUROLIPI’ marks an ambitious musical project that seeks to bring together a diverse range of voices and creative expressions within the Assamese music scene.
