Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta AI predicts an insanely wild bullish price target for XRP by January 1, 2027. The AI bot believes $25–$40 is viable, with an extended target of $50 and above if a full-blown crypto bull market returns and is supercharged by a landmark catalyst.
As of October 11, 2026, XRP is trading between $1.39 and $1.41. This outlook is intentionally extreme and goes beyond mainstream forecasts. It assumes a robust bull market in late 2026, fueled by increased liquidity and risk-on sentiment.
Moreover, it posits a rare catalyst: major central banks, including the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, the Bank of Japan, and the People’s Bank of China, announcing that the XRP Ledger will be used as a primary settlement layer for cross-border Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) transactions and tokenized asset flows.
It also considers the possibility that large commercial banks will be incentivized or required to hold XRP as a liquidity buffer, alongside significant accumulation by sovereign wealth funds.
In this speculative scenario, a surge in institutional demand could trigger a late-cycle market mania fueled by retail FOMO. This might drive XRP’s price from around $1.40 to potential highs of $25 to $50 by early 2027.
Meta AI Predicts a Wild XRP Price: Does the Technical Analysis Align?
On the higher timeframes, XRP has pulled back into the $1.38–$1.42 region after failing to sustain levels above $1.50. Price is testing nearer-term support after earlier recovering from the mid-$1.20s.
In a normal bull market, a sustained reclaim and break above $1.50–$1.70 would open the door to the prior cycle high near $3.65. Under the extreme institutional adoption scenario outlined above, that prior high would likely be cleared with significant force, triggering a series of measured-move and Fibonacci extension targets far beyond historical levels.
Aggressive projections from the multi-year base, combined with the kind of vertical price discovery seen in previous mania phases, could theoretically extend into the $25–$40+ zone if volume and momentum expand dramatically.
RSI has moved into neutral-to-oversold territory on shorter timeframes, which could support a technical rebound if buyers return, while still leaving substantial room to run into the deeply overbought levels typical of parabolic advances.
Key nearer-term supports remain in the $1.35–$1.38 and $1.25–$1.30 zones; holding those would keep the broader recovery structure intact while the market waits for (or prices in) any extraordinary catalysts.
Overall, while the current chart shows short-term softness, only an extreme surge in institutional demand and narrative intensity could justify the kind of multi-thousand-percent extension implied by the $25–$50 targets.

For XRP holders, a break below $1.30 would sting and a quick return above resistance is far from guaranteed. That leaves traders weighing exposure to a mature asset against early-stage infrastructure, and accepting a very different risk profile.
