Suho Plays São Paulo on 20 December 2026

GUIDES · SÃO PAULO

The leader of the K-pop group EXO plays his first show in Brazil this December, in a restored factory hall in São Paulo’s Mooca district. Tickets are on sale now, with meet-and-greet packages for fans who want more than a place on the floor.

Suho São Paulo is confirmed for Sunday 20 December 2026, when the singer plays the Komplexo Tempo as part of his 2026 K-POP Chronicle Live Suho Fan-Con tour. Tickets went on sale on Friday 9 October through Sympla, the Brazilian ticket platform named by the promoter W+ Entertainment as the official sales channel.

For US fans of EXO, this is a single, close-up date in South America’s largest city, with a format built around fan contact rather than a stadium spectacle. São Paulo has direct flights from several US hubs, and a December trip lands in the southern summer, a week before Christmas.

What the Show Is and Why It Matters

Suho is the stage name of the leader of EXO, the boy band from the Seoul agency SM Entertainment that debuted in 2012. Songs such as “Love Shot”, “MAMA” and “Monster” made EXO one of the best-known groups in Korean pop, CNN Brasil notes in its report on the announcement.

Alongside the group, Suho has built a solo career that moves between pop and rock, with a more personal tone than EXO’s records. He also works as an actor, and the Sympla listing names the dramas The Universe’s Star, Rich Man, How Are U Bread, Behind Your Touch and Missing Crown Prince among his credits.

The São Paulo date is billed as a fan-con, a K-pop format that mixes a concert with games, talk and direct contact with the audience. The official listing promises music and performance alongside extras such as individual photos, group photos, a soundcheck and a hi-bye session, in which fans file past the singer one by one to say goodbye.

In an interview with CNN Brasil in 2024, Suho said he wanted to tour South America and asked Brazilian fans to wait for him. Sympla and the Brazilian outlets that reported the announcement describe this as his first visit to the country.

Date, Times and Schedule

Sympla lists the show for Sunday 20 December 2026, with doors at 18:30 and the start at 20:00 local time. In US terms that is 16:30 and 18:00 Eastern time, because São Paulo is two hours ahead of New York in December.

Buyers of the VIP and VVIP packages have to arrive earlier, for the soundcheck and the meet-and-greet sessions. W+ Entertainment says it will send that arrival time by e-mail and post it on its social media account, @wmais_, closer to the date.

Sympla gives the event an age rating of 16, while the venue normally admits only adults unless a producer sets a different rating for a show. Bring an official photo ID, because the Komplexo Tempo says it checks documents at the entrance for age and ticket ownership.

Tickets and Prices

Sympla is the only official channel, and the venue itself says it has no box office on site. A full-price floor ticket, called Pista Comum, costs R$450 (about US$90), and the half-price version costs R$225 (about US$45).

The mezzanine costs R$520 (about US$104) at full price and R$260 (about US$52) at half price. The VIP package, at R$1,000 (about US$200), adds a meet-and-greet in groups of ten, a poster, the soundcheck, early entry and the hi-bye session.

The VVIP package costs R$1,600 (about US$321) and replaces the group meeting with a one-to-one photo and a signed poster. Sympla adds a service fee of 15% on every ticket, so a full-price floor ticket comes to R$517.50 (about US$104) at checkout.

All dollar figures use the Central Bank of Brazil’s PTAX rate of 4.9892 reais per dollar on Friday 9 October 2026. Card payments are converted by your bank on the day you pay, so the final cost in dollars can differ slightly.

Half-price tickets are a legal benefit in Brazil for groups such as students with a recognised student ID, people aged 60 and over, public-school teachers and people with disabilities, and proof is checked at the door. Most US visitors should plan to pay the full price unless they clearly qualify.

The Sympla listing shows room for 3,500 people on the floor, 600 on the mezzanine, 400 VIP buyers and 50 VVIP buyers. Buy only through the official page, as resale offers on social media and messaging apps are a common route to fake tickets before big shows in São Paulo.

Getting There

The Komplexo Tempo sits at Avenida Henry Ford 511 in Parque da Mooca, a neighbourhood east of the city centre. The venue occupies twelve restored industrial warehouses with more than 6,250 square metres of space, and the main hall holds the stage, the floor and the mezzanine.

The venue names Ipiranga station on CPTM commuter Line 10-Turquoise, about ten minutes on foot, as the closest rail stop, while Bresser-Mooca on Metro Line 3-Red needs a bus or app ride for the last stretch. For most visitors an app-based car is the simpler choice, especially for the late trip back to the hotel on a Sunday night.

Most international flights land at São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport, north-east of the city, while Congonhas Airport handles domestic routes. Road traffic in São Paulo can be heavy at any hour, so leave a wide margin if you arrive on the day of the show.

Safety, Entry Rules and Costs for Visitors

US citizens need a visa to visit Brazil, including for tourism, and the State Department says it must be approved before departure, as travellers without one cannot enter. Your passport must be valid for at least one month on the date you arrive, the State Department adds.

The State Department rates Brazil at Level 2, “exercise increased caution”, in the advisory dated 29 May 2025, which was still in force when we checked on 13 October 2026. It warns that violent crime, including armed robbery, can occur in urban areas by day and night, and that passengers on public buses face a higher risk of robbery.

Keep your phone and cards in a front pocket in the crowd, and agree on a meeting point with your group before the show. Because the venue asks for official photo ID, most foreign visitors will need their passport at the door, so carry it in an inside pocket and leave other valuables at the hotel.

The venue bans professional cameras with interchangeable lenses, camcorders, audio recorders, tripods, selfie sticks and umbrellas. December is the rainy season in São Paulo, so bring a light rain jacket rather than an umbrella.

Re-entry is not allowed, and a ticket loses its value once you leave the building. The show also falls on the Sunday before Christmas, when flights and hotels in Brazil are often busier and more expensive, so book early.

What Is Not Confirmed Yet

Neither W+ Entertainment nor Sympla has published a setlist, and it is not confirmed whether Suho will perform EXO songs as well as solo material. No opening act has been announced.

The arrival time for VIP and VVIP buyers has not been published yet, and no second São Paulo date has been announced. Sympla’s event data shows ticket transfers switched off for this show, and it is not clear whether that will change before December.
