John Harbaugh lost his starting quarterback, Jaxson Dart, in the second game of his first season as Giants head coach. And this week he made a move to McCarthy after Sunday’s loss to the Saints.
Harbaugh has seen enough and knows enough about Jameis Winston, who was Dart’s backup, and sees a better present and future with McCarthy.
