One of downtown’s prime see-and-be-seen locations, the Fairmont Pacific Rim’s Lobby Lounge is feeding ground for hotel guests and locals alike. The menu features cheese and charcuterie, gyoza, cauliflower tempura, salads and bowls, and handhelds like a grilled chicken pesto wrap and house-made falafel burger. The RawBar closes earlier than the kitchen, at 11 p.m., but until then serves appetizers and sushi maki rolls.
135 Keefer St. | thekeeferbar.com
Like Meo, the Keefer has made a name for itself with delectable and unusual cocktails. Continually topping lists of Canada’s best bars, the Keefer also offers plenty to snack on, including dim sum, tofu baos, and pork tacos.
