ST. PETERSBURG, October 21. /TASS/. Kirill Dmitriev, Special Presidential Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), and U.S. Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff have arrived at Constantine Palace for talks, a TASS correspondent reports.
Earlier, Dmitriev met Witkoff at Pulkovo Airport, after which their motorcade headed to Constantine Palace.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that Witkoff would visit St. Petersburg.
