Qualification and Experience Requirements
Candidates applying for Assistant Manager Bus Compliance and Assistant Manager Bus Operations must have completed at least 16 years of education in Civil, Mechanical, Transport Planning, Transport or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, from an HEC-recognised university.
Both positions require at least five years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates with experience in public transport operations, fleet management, vehicle maintenance and related management functions will receive preference.
For the Assistant Manager Corporation Taxation position, applicants must hold a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Finance) or a related field. They must also have at least five years of relevant experience in taxation, budgeting, finance, accounting or auditing.
Candidates applying for Budget and Accounts Officer must have a relevant degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. The position requires at least three years of relevant professional experience.
The Audit Officer position requires at least 16 years of education in Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), ACCA, CA Finalist or a related qualification. Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience, while experience in public sector auditing or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
For Finance Executive, applicants need a relevant degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration, along with at least two years of professional experience.
The Security and Safety Executive position requires 16 years of education from an HEC-recognised university and relevant health and safety certification. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in health and fire safety. Applicants with a master’s degree in Health and Safety can qualify without the otherwise mandatory NEBOSH certification.
The Procurement Executive position requires at least 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics or a relevant field. Applicants must also have two years of relevant experience, preferably in procurement, project administration or supply chain management.
Meanwhile, the Executive Assistant to CEO position is reserved for female candidates. Applicants must have at least 16 years of education in any discipline and two years of relevant professional experience.
