By Rajesh Chamling Rai, Icheon, Oct 15: Icheon International Media Summit 2026 has kicked off in Icheon City in South Korea.
Media representatives from over a dozen Asian countries are participating in the summit organized to expand mutual ties and promote amity among countries of the Asian continent.
Organised by Icheon Global Campus Foundation and Media Gyeonggi, the summit that started today will run for three days.
"This programme is held to expand ties among media houses of Asian countries and promote people-to-people relations," said Park Khangyong, programme organizer, adding, "We aim to contribute to academic, cultural and overall development of this region."
