Colombo, Oct. 18 (Daily Mirror) - Former First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa has been transferred from the Colombo National Hospital to Nawaloka Hospital for further medical treatment, according to hospital sources.
She was admitted to the Colombo National Hospital after falling ill following her arrest. She was subsequently granted bail by court.
Hospital sources said the transfer to the private hospital was made on medical advice, taking into consideration her health condition.
