Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services has raised its Bitcoin ETF holdings from $22 million to $33 million, according to its latest Form 13F filing for the second quarter of 2026.
What the filing shows
Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services, LLC is a registered investment advisor and a subsidiary of Wealth Enhancement Group. An RIA is a firm that manages money for clients and owes them a fiduciary duty, meaning it is legally required to act in their best interest.
The firm’s total assets under management sit at around $120 billion. Its 13F-reported equity and ETF positions were estimated at about $59.8 billion as of June 30, 2026.
The 13F is a quarterly disclosure that large institutional managers file with the SEC, covering their stock and ETF holdings at quarter end.
A spread across several funds
The Bitcoin exposure is not concentrated in a single product. The firm holds a stake in the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC), along with the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) and the VanEck Bitcoin ETF (HODL).
The FBTC position was valued at approximately $4.2 million as of June 30, 2026, down from earlier valuations in the $11 million to $15 million range. So the overall Bitcoin ETF number rose while the Fidelity position shrank.
The roster also includes BITX, a leveraged product, and QBF, a structured product.
The broader institutional picture
13F filers collectively raised their Bitcoin ETF positions by approximately 1.3% during the second quarter of 2026, despite overall ETF outflows over the same period.
Bitcoin ETFs also accounted for 22.4% of total US spot ETF AUM in the quarter.
Wealth Enhancement Group has grown largely through acquisitions, and that expansion has brought portfolio diversification that now includes Bitcoin ETF exposure.
What this means
The shrinking FBTC stake alongside a larger total is worth flagging for anyone tracking issuer competition. Spot Bitcoin ETFs hold essentially the same underlying asset, so issuers compete on fees, liquidity and distribution relationships, and allocations can shift between them without any change in overall Bitcoin conviction.
The presence of leveraged and structured products like BITX and QBF points to varied client needs. 13F data arrives after the quarter closes, so it shows where a firm stood, not where it stands today.
