The United States will host the inaugural women's Club World Cup, FIFA said in a statement on Thursday.
The tournament will take place on January 5-30, 2028 and will feature 19 clubs from all six FIFA's confederations.
The US hosted this year's World Cup and last year's revamped men's Club World Cup.
"We undertook a detailed assessment to identify the most suitable host for the inaugural edition of the FIFA women's Club World Cup," FIFA chief women's football officer Sarai Bareman said.
"Ultimately, the United States' recent excellence in staging top FIFA tournaments, combined with the significant interest in women's football there plus its elite sporting infrastructure, made the country the standout option."
In Europe, the Champions League winners from 2024 to 2027 automatically qualify, which means Arsenal (2025 champions) and Barcelona (2024 and 2026 winners) are already qualified.
Club America, Gotham FC, Naegohyang FC, Corinthians and Wuhan Jianghan have also already secured a spot in the competition.
FIFA also said that players, member associations and clubs are to benefit from increased financial distributions for the women's World Cup next year.
Preparation money for participating associations will be increased to $2.5 million per association, "on par with the FIFA World Cup 2026," the body said.
Additionally, players will enjoy the same service levels as their male counterparts in 2026, and any surplus from the women's showpiece will be allocated to the associations involved, with a specific amount ring-fenced for players.
