By Zoila Palma: On October 19, 2026, Foreign Minister Francis Fonseca met with Rafael Manzanero, Executive Director of Friends for Conservation and Development (FCD), to discuss matters pertaining to the work of FCD in the Chiquibul National Park and other matters of importance.
The meeting was attended by Oscar Arnold, Chief Executive Officer for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, and Directors of International Affairs, Ambassador Ayesha Borland and Ambassador Alfonso Gahona.
