The Grammy nominated Canadian band will headline the OVO Hydro next June, following shows in cities including Leeds, London and Dublin, marking their first show at the venue since 2024.

The Chad Kroger-fronted band is best known for songs such as How You Remind Me, Photograph and Rockstar, with the upcoming tour in support of their eleventh studio album Everything Under The Sun, out later this month.

General sale for Nickelback tickets, including Glasgow, will go on sale at 10am on Friday, October 16. These can be purchased from sites such as Ticketmaster.

Is there Nickelback presale?

For fans who really don’t want to miss out, don’t worry - there are several Nickelback presales.

The first, and main, Nickelback presale is for Club+ members. Fans who are signed up to the band’s paid for fan club will be able to access tickets from 10am on Tuesday, October 13, with the service costing $33 per year.

However, if you aren’t a fan club member, don’t worry there are still several more presales available - including some exclusive to their Glasgow gig.

There will be Live Nation presale from 10am on Thursday, October 15. Fans can sign up for a My Live Nation account here for access, with codes to be issued via email.

Also available across all tour dates is Spotify presale, which will begin at 12noon on Thursday, October 15. Exclusive for Spotify members who listen to the band on the streaming platform, those who believe they qualify should keep an eye on email inboxes for further presale details and access codes.

For their only Scottish tour date, there are three Glasgow-exclusive Nickelback presales.

The earliest is open only to OVO Energy customers, who have signed up for OVO Live. OVO presale will take place from 10am on Wednesday, October 14.

For anyone hoping to see the band in Glasgow, Nickelback ticket prices vary between £79.50 and £141.90. This will depend on ticket type, with only some fees included.

There are also “venue premium” tickets, which are priced from £165.55 to £185.75.

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes, there are age restrictions for Nickelback in Glasgow, though it will depend on whether tickets are seated or standing. Those who are seated must be aged at least 8, while regardless of sitting or standing anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

There is a minimum age for the standing section of the arena, and anyone who plans on purchasing standing tickets must be at least 14.
