- Ford has revealed the Bronco ORV, a package from the Ford Custom Garage program that can be added to 2025 and 2026 Broncos.
- The ORV includes a Fox off-road suspension setup, a skid plate from the Bronco Raptor, auxiliary LED lights, and a ProCal calibration tool.
- Ford also added 17-inch black Weld wheels, red Bronco badging, a matte black hood decal, and an ORV badge on the fenders.
Not only has the return of the Ford Bronco in 2021 given the Blue Oval a strong competitor to the Jeep Wrangler—one that sold 146,007 units last year—but it has also provided Ford with a canvas on which to apply all manner of special editions. Along with the two-tone Heritage Edition, the desert-ready Stroppe Edition, and the dazzling Free Wheeling package, Ford has now begun cooking up unique looks via its Ford Custom Garage program. The latest is the Bronco ORV, which preps the SUV for off-road adventures with a subtly aggressive appearance.

The Bronco ORV is available on three trims: the base Bronco, the Outer Banks, and the Big Bend, with or without the Sasquatch package. The setup brings a Fox off-road suspension kit and swipes the skid plate and fuel tank plate from the hardcore Bronco Raptor. An auxiliary lighting kit from Rigid helps illuminate the trail with LEDs tucked into the beefy front bumper, and you can also optionally add two lights atop the hood and a light bar attached to the roof.
Other optional extras include a high-clearance Borla exhaust, a heavy-duty rear differential cover, a hydraulic hood lift kit, and an air compressor from ARB stowed under the hood. The Bronco ORV also comes standard with a ProCal device from Ford Performance, a calibration tool that can be used for data logging and diagnostics.

Of course, the off-road goodies are paired with a dose of extra style too. The Bronco ORV rides on 17-inch black Weld wheels with back lug nuts, which sit under more pronounced fender flares. The Bronco badging is also finished in red to match the tow hooks, and a Stealth hood decal on the hood should reduce glare from the sun. The Ford badge at the rear also gets a smoked finish, and a triangular ORV-branded logo sits on the fender. There are also optional sill plates with Ford Performance branding.
Ford says that the Bronco ORV, which is available for Broncos from the 2025 and 2026 model years, will be a limited edition but didn’t specify how many will be available. The package brings a supplemental three-year/36,000-mile warranty from the new-vehicle in-service date, and the installation of the package doesn’t void the standard warranty.
The Bronco ORV package costs an additional $18,995 on top of the price of the car and can be ordered through Ford dealers.
