By Zoila Palma: The Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is standing in solidarity with individuals and families affected by breast cancer throughout Belize as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October.
DFC says its pink campaign honors the strength and resilience of breast cancer survivors while showing support for everyone whose life has been touched by the disease.
DFC is also encouraging the public to look beyond wearing pink by promoting early detection, regular screenings, and awareness of breast cancer signs and symptoms.
DFC reminds Belizeans that support and care are important for those affected by breast cancer.
