Both men started as Roberto De Zerbi looked to work around a number of injuries in his squad, but neither was able to see out the match.
The former Liverpool full-back Robertson began hobbling around the hour mark but soldiered on to the 70th minute, when he eventually went down and left the pitch. He was limping heavily and appeared to be favouring his left leg when he hobbled off.
Adarabioyo had been making his first Premier League start for Spurs but took advantage of that same break in play to go down and receive treatment, clutching his right calf as he grimaced and gave concerned looks to his team-mates.
The goalscorer Marmoush made it to the final five minutes before going down with a calf issue. He limped off to be replaced by Dejan Kulusevski.
De Zerbi will offer an update on the three’s condition at full-time.

Robertson and Adarabioyo were replaced by Ben Davies and Mateus Fernandes, respectively.
More injuries are the last thing De Zerbi needs at the moment, with Savio and Lucas Bergvall also adding their names list of casualties this week.
Destiny Udogie was also a surprise absentee from the matchday squad, with De Zerbi confirming he had suffered a knee injury last time out.
They join the likes of Pedro Porro, Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert on the treatment table.
Tottenham endured widespread injury woes in recent seasons and have taken a more conservative approach to treatment this season, but their headaches remain.
