Uche Montana — born Uche Frances Nwaefuna — has become one of Nollywood's most talked-about names without following the typical script. A Lagos girl of Igbo-Delta heritage, she turned a modest 2015 debut into a decade-long ascent that peaked in May 2026 when she walked away from the 12th Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards clutching the prestigious Trailblazer Award. She is currently unmarried and has no children — a point she has addressed directly in interviews to squash persistent rumours.
