Danny DeVito, 81, relies on cane during red carpet appearance supported by his kids

Danny DeVito, 81, attended the Sitges Film Festival in Spain for the premiere of the movie Drag on October 15.

The movie star was spotted tightly holding onto his cane for extra support as he walked the red carpet.

He was all smiles as he posed alongside his adult children Lucy Chet DeVito, 43, and Jacob Daniel DeVito, 38.

The performer donned a short-sleeve button-up polo, with colorful illustrations of highway signs throughout, beige pants, black Crocs and thick black glasses.

Lucy donned a sheer black top, leather mini-skirt and black suede heels, as Jacob sported a white button-up shirt, black blazer, black tailored pants and chunky shoes.

The actor and his two children are all producers of the new movie, which Lucy stars in as well. Drag will be released next year to the public.

Danny welcomed Lucy, Jacob and Grace Fan DeVito, 41, with his former partner Rhea Perlman. The duo have been separated since 2017, however, they never got divorced.

The proud family man counts his blessings as he gushed to The Guardian: "I have had a lot of happiness. I have a great family and I work a lot, and that's what I like to do."

Danny's oldest child Lucy is an actress just like her parents, and she studied acting at Brown University before she made the move to Los Angeles.

She's appeared in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia alongside her dad, as well as in Little Demon, which she created. Lucy and her brother Jacob were both executive producers of the adult cartoon. Lucy also starred in I Need That on Broadway with her dad.

Danny's middle child Grace earned an MFA from CalArts, and on top of that, she also attended The New York Studio School.

Although she isn't an actress like her other family members, she's in the arts and creates paintings and performance art in Los Angeles.

Grace explained to Cultured just how open her parents both were for her and her siblings to go after whatever dream they desired, revealing: "There was no pressure whatsoever. It was more like they were super excited about whatever we were doing."

Danny's youngest child Jacob is both a producer and director. Aside from Little Demon, he's also worked with his dad on a short film called Curmudgeons.

Jacob expressed what it was really like working with his dad to the Sioux City Journal, sharing: "We've always stayed really close. We've had a very tight, warm relationship."
