Colombo, Oct. 13 (Daily Mirror) - The Central Crime Investigation Division (CCIB) has arrested a Chinese national in Colombo on charges of extorting money from investors at the Colombo Port City.
According to the police, the suspect is believed to be linked to an international organized crime syndicate operating out of China. Investigators revealed that the racket primarily targeted business investors within the strategic Port City development zone.
