Military repair plant near Moscow may have been hit
Footage analyzed by the Russian outlet Astra suggests that one of the targets was the 75th Arsenal military plant in Serpukhov, near Moscow. Videos shared by eyewitnesses reportedly show an explosion followed by a fire at the facility.
Residents also reported in local chat groups that at least three missiles had struck the area. These accounts have not been independently verified.
The 75th Arsenal falls under Russia’s Main Missile and Artillery Directorate (GRAU) and is involved in manufacturing and storing weapons and ammunition, as well as repairing military equipment, including artillery systems and air defense complexes.
According to Russian state-owned defense conglomerate Rostec, the facility has repaired equipment for the Buk-M1, Buk-M2 and S-300V air defense systems.
