The milestone marks a significant step in Almal’s international expansion as its Bali project moves towards construction.
Bali, Indonesia--(ANTARA/Business Wire)--Almal Real Estate Development, a Dubai-headquartered international property developer, has achieved a major milestone for The One by Almal Bali Nusa Dua, a Registry Collection Hotel, securing its official Building Permit (PBG No. SK-PBG-510305-14102026-001) through the project's Indonesian legal entity, PT Magical Bali Villas.
Issued on 14 October 2026 by the authorities in Badung Regency, Bali, the approval marks a significant step forward, clearing the way for the project's next phase of construction.
Located in Nusa Dua, one of Bali's most sought-after resort destinations, the development is planned to feature 154 residential units, including apartments, townhouses and private villas, complemented by curated dining, leisure and resort-style amenities.
Developed by Almal Real Estate Development, the project will operate under the Registry Collection Hotels brand, licensed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The affiliation brings together Almal's distinctive approach to lifestyle-led real estate with Wyndham's global brand recognition, distribution network and Wyndham Rewards loyalty programme.
Dmytro Starovoitov, Founder of Almal Real Estate Development, commented:
“Securing the PBG is an important step towards bringing The One by Almal to life in Bali. We see tremendous potential in destinations where lifestyle, hospitality and real estate investment come together. With this milestone achieved, we are moving closer to delivering a distinctive destination that reflects the character of Bali and our ambition to grow The One internationally.”
Matt Holmes, Vice President of Development, South East Asia & Pacific Rim, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, added:
“We are pleased to see The One by Almal Bali Nusa Dua reach this important milestone. The project reflects the spirit of Registry Collection Hotels, bringing together distinctive destinations, individual character and quality hospitality experiences. We look forward to seeing this exciting addition to our portfolio take shape.”
The announcement follows the project's recognition at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2026–2027, further strengthening its international profile.
The One by Almal continues to expand as an international lifestyle brand across three interconnected verticals: Residential, Hospitality and Digital. Alongside its growing residential portfolio, the brand has established a hospitality presence in Limassol, Cyprus, with The One dining and entertainment destination now open.
Completing the ecosystem is The One App, a digital platform designed to connect property ownership, lifestyle services and investment management in one seamless experience.
