Shoppers have discovered a new way to work their abs at home — and it’s not just the convenience factor that is winning them over.
The device they’re turning to is the INIA TURBO Ab Vibration Belt, a three-in-one belt that delivers rapid, rhythmic vibrations across the abdomen and waist, which the brand claims supports a more contoured-looking midsection.
The belt currently retails for $200, but is currently marked down to $149 on Amazon.
“The combination of vibration, heat, toning, and red light makes it comfortable, convenient, and surprisingly enjoyable to use,” one reviewer shared. “I still believe exercise and nutrition do the heavy lifting, but if my waist is getting extra attention while I sit on the couch, I am certainly not going to complain.”
Many other shoppers agree that the belt is quite comfortable to wear and easy to incorporate into everyday life — whether tidying up around the house or lounging on the sofa.
But beyond its purported sculpting and firming benefits, some have also pointed out that the belt actually feels good to use.

In addition to the vibrations, the adjustable device also features soothing heat for added comfort, along with red and near-infrared (NIR) light designed to help support skin firmness. It’s the built-in heat settings that many users seem to enjoy.
“The warmth ranges from a gentle 102 degrees up to 113 degrees, which feels amazing on tight core muscles or when I flip the belt around to soothe lower back tightness,” one user shared. “Having the red and near-infrared light array integrated right into the center dial makes the whole experience feel like a high-end spa treatment at home.”
Several others agree they enjoy the sensation, and considering how easy it is to use — and the fact that no working out is required — it could be a great low-effort hack for those looking to level up their self-care routines (and especially worth it while it’s on sale).
