Two limited-edition Tendence watches celebrating 25 years of Final Fantasy X have been announced in Japan. Inspired by Tidus and Yuna, the quartz timepieces are restricted to 200 examples each, with prices starting at ¥53,900 (approximately $350).
Tendence has unveiled two limited-edition watches celebrating the 25th anniversary of Square Enix's Final Fantasy X. The collection features designs inspired by the game's protagonists, Tidus and Yuna, with just 200 pieces of each model available.
According to the official announcement from Japanese distributor Ueni Trading, pre-orders opened in Japan on October 20, 2026, with both watches scheduled for release on November 20.
The Tidus-inspired model is priced at ¥69,300 (approximately $450). It features an approximately 50 mm aluminium case and incorporates design details referencing the character's appearance and signature weapon.
The Yuna edition costs ¥53,900 (approximately $350) and comes with an approximately 41 mm aluminium case. Its design draws on the character's visual identity, offering a contrasting interpretation of the anniversary theme.
Both watches feature quartz movements, mineral crystals and silicone straps, with water resistance rated at 10 ATM (approximately 100 metres). Each is individually numbered, reflecting the limited production run.
Originally released for the PlayStation 2 in 2001, Final Fantasy X remains one of the franchise's best-known entries. The anniversary collection brings its two central characters into the world of collectable watches, with production limited to 400 watches across both designs.
Overseas retail availability has not been confirmed.
