KULA LUMPUR: For 150 homebuyers of LBS Bina Group Bhd, the joy of owning a home came with an added reason to celebrate, as the property developer rewarded them with an array of prizes under its 65th-anniversary campaign.
LBS marked the conclusion of its "Celebrate 65. Score More Than a Home" campaign with a special prize presentation ceremony, extending its anniversary celebrations to the homeowners who have been part of the group's journey.
The 150 winners received a range of prizes, including a five-day, four-night trip to England for two, eight signed football jerseys, 11 gold bars and 30 Traveloka vouchers.
LBS executive director Datuk Cynthia Lim presented the prizes to the winning homebuyers at the ceremony, recognising their support and expressing the group's appreciation for the trust they have placed in the developer.
LBS group executive chairman Tan Sri Dr Lim Hock San said the group's 65th anniversary was not only a milestone in its corporate journey but also an opportunity to celebrate the homeowners who had contributed to its growth.
"Reaching our 65th anniversary is a proud milestone for LBS, but what truly makes this journey special is the trust our homeowners have placed in us. Every home represents a dream, a new beginning and a future built with their loved ones. For us, handing over the keys is never the end of the story; it is the beginning of a lasting relationship.
"Through our 'Score More Than a Home' campaign, we wanted to celebrate our homeowners and show our appreciation for being part of the LBS journey. My heartiest congratulations to all 150 winners. We hope these rewards bring smiles, create wonderful memories and add a little more excitement to your homeownership journey as we celebrate this milestone together," Lim said in a statement.
The campaign featured selected developments across LBS' property portfolio, including SkyRia, Astella, Aulica, KITA Sejati, KITA Avenue, Prestige and Centrum Iris.
By bringing its anniversary celebrations directly to homebuyers, LBS aims to make the homeownership experience more rewarding while strengthening relationships with its customers beyond the purchase of a property.
As it builds on its 65-year legacy in the property development industry, the group said it remained focused on creating more than homes by delivering meaningful homeownership experiences and fostering lasting connections with the people and communities it serves.
