For a while now, there has been talk on social media about which jerseys No. 8 BYU will wear for its marquee game this weekend against No. 2 Notre Dame.
Will the Cougars wear a classic look? A unique one? Maybe bust out retro uniforms?
The question was answered Monday as BYU unveiled the helmets, jersey and pants combo it will wear Saturday.
The answer: The classic combo of white helmet, royal jersey and white pants.

It was also not lost on fans to use the jersey unveiling as an opportunity to take a dig at Notre Dame after it declined an invitation to play BYU in the Pop-Tarts Bowl last December after it was left out of the College Football Playoff.
The combo from the PopTart Bowl… perfect 😏
