11Street said on the 19th that it has opened Business Plus, a curated shopping hub for business members including small business owners and sole proprietors.
The platform has organized Business Plus into themed sections based on specific needs and purposes. Business members can buy items such as drawing paper and colored paper, along with supplies essential to running a store, including shipping boxes, packing tape and plastic shopping bags.
11Street is also offering support services for business members. Customers can receive a price quote immediately simply by adding items to their cart before payment. After payment, they can obtain documentation for accounting purposes in a single batch, based on their order history.
Reflecting the tendency of business members to make bulk and repeat purchases, the company provides three types of exclusive discount coupons each month. Buyers receive 10,000 won off purchases of 100,000 won or more, 30,000 won off purchases of 300,000 won or more, and 60,000 won off purchases of 600,000 won or more.
The hub also links to a range of promotional events, including a school and teaching supplies fair for kindergartens and private academies preparing lessons, a kitchenware fair for restaurant operators and a packaging supplies fair for online sellers.
"Going forward, we will strengthen customized services and benefits for business members through Business Plus to deliver a shopping experience that provides practical help in running their businesses," said Lee Myung-ho, head of 11Street's lifestyle unit.
