The AMA is putting its support behind three separate Arenacross series for the 2026-2027 season, offering a unique brand of tight indoor racing across the country.
The AMA Partzilla Arenacross Series anchors the lineup as the AMA Arenacross National Championship, splitting into East and West Regional Championships. AMA GT Arenacross handles the Midwest Regional Championship, while the AMA Throttlecross Series covers the Rocky Mountain Regional Championship.
The five highest-placing amateur riders in each of the East, West and Midwest Regions advance to the AMA Arenacross Amateur Championship Finale at Lincoln Trail in Casey, Illinois, running May 21-23.
"Over the years, we have seen the nationwide demand for Arenacross racing opportunities grow at an exponential rate," said AMA Deputy Director of Racing Mike Burkeen. "And we are glad to see a trio of promoters step up and expand the reach of the sport to a wider audience."
Arenacross puts a premium on technique, finesse and fitness, running on technical circuits built inside arenas in major metro markets across the country. "We are excited to get this season started and crown champions across the country," added AMA Motocross Manager Willy Browning.
