The Thai Meteorological Department forecasts heavy rain in 19 provinces today, 25 October 2026. Bangkok can expect isolated showers, with lows and highs of 25-35°C. Very heavy rain is possible in Narathiwat, Pattani, Songkhla, Yala, Krabi, Satun, Trang.
The high-pressure system from China will extend to the upper country and the South China Sea leading to the easterly wind bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country and the upper South while the monsoon trough lying across the middle South is strengthening. Continuous rainfalls and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are forecast in the South while variable weathers are possible following with thundershowers, gust and isolated heavy rains including lightning strike in the Northeast and the North for the first period then the rest regions.
Bangkok
Isolated thundershowers. Minimum temperature 25-27°C. Maximum temperature 34-35°C. Southeasterly winds 10–20 km/h.
North
Isolated thundershowers with gust wind in Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 21-26°C. Maximum temperature 35-37°C. Southeasterly winds 10–20 km/h.
Northeast
Isolated thundershowers with gust wind and isolated heavy rain in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, and Nakhon Phanom. Minimum temperature 23-25°C. Maximum temperature 34-37°C. Easterly winds 10–20 km/h.
Central
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 24-27°C. Maximum temperature 35-36°C. Southeasterly winds 10–20 km/h.
East
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, and Rayong. Minimum temperature 23–25°C. Maximum temperature 32-35°C. Southeasterly winds 10–30 km/h. Wave below 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
South (east coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Phatthalung. Isolated very heavy rain in Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25°C. Maximum temperature 32–35°C. Variable winds 15–30 km/h. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
South (west coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Phang Nga, and Phuket. Isolated very heavy rain in Krabi, Trang, and Satun. Minimum temperature 23–26°C. Maximum temperature 31-33°C. Northwesterly winds 15–30 km/h. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
