REVOO has expanded its electric two-wheeler lineup in Pakistan with the launch of the A09, a compact urban scooter priced at Rs. 145,000.
The company is positioning the A09 around easy everyday mobility rather than outright speed. It is aimed at Gen Z buyers, female riders, and first-time scooter users who want a compact and simple electric two-wheeler for short daily trips.

Compact Design for Everyday Riding
The A09 is smaller than many of the larger electric scooters now available in Pakistan. It has a 735 mm seat height, which should make it easier for shorter riders to place their feet on the ground when stopping.
The scooter weighs 85 kg, which should also make parking, U-turns and low-speed maneuvering more manageable.
REVOO is targeting users such as university students, young professionals and riders shifting to powered two-wheelers for the first time.
Soft Start, Reverse Gear and Child Lock
The A09 includes several features to make it easier to use in daily traffic.
It gets a soft-start function, while the reverse mode is limited to around 5 km/h.
The scooter also includes a child lock, under-seat storage, and hydraulic suspension at both ends.
Its headlamp moves with the handlebar, helping direct the light in the direction the rider is turning.
REVOO also claims braking distance has been reduced by 40%, although this remains a manufacturer claim rather than an independently verified figure.
65–80 KM Claimed Range
The scooter uses a 48V 26Ah graphene battery paired with a 500W motor. REVOO claims a driving range of 65 to 80 km per charge.
Its top speed is listed between 25 and 35 km/h, reinforcing its focus on shorter urban journeys rather than high-speed riding.
A full charge takes about six to nine hours and uses about 1.25 kWh of electricity.
Where the A09 Sits in REVOO’s Lineup
The A09 slots between the cheaper A04 and the more powerful A11.
The A04 costs Rs. 100,000 and uses a smaller 350W motor with a 48V 12Ah graphene battery. Its claimed range is up to 40 km.
The A11, meanwhile, costs Rs. 167,000 in graphene form and comes with a 1,000W motor and a claimed range of 65 to 80 km.
That makes the A09 Rs. 45,000 more expensive than the A04 and Rs. 22,000 cheaper than the A11.
For buyers, the A04 remains the lower-cost option for short trips, while the A11 offers significantly more motor power. The A09 sits between the two with a larger battery than the A04 while remaining focused on lower-speed urban use.
