Man, 25, arrested and charged following assault of teen in Stirling

A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged following an assault in Stirling.

Police and ambulance crews were called to reports of an 18-year-old who had been injured in the Glasgow Road area at around 10.25pm on Thursday October 22.

He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.

The man is due to appear at Stirling Sheriff Court on Monday October 26.

A police statement read: “A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged following an assault in Stirling.

“The incident happened around 10.25pm on Thursday, 22 October, 2026, on Glasgow Road.

“The man is due to appear at Stirling Sheriff Court on Monday, 26 October 2026.”
