A boy group member revealed the story behind his marriage to an actress and former girl group trainee who is 14 years his junior.
In a recent episode of MBN and Channel S’s Moo No Plan 4, Jun Hyun Moo, Kwak Tube, Kim Jang Hoon, and Kang Kyun Sung explored hidden old restaurants in the ancient city of Gyeongju.
Upon arriving at the restaurant and taking his seat, Jun Hyun Moo immediately asked Noel member Kang Kyun Sung about his marriage to actress Yoo Ha Jin, saying, “Kyun Sung, what happened?”
Kang Kyun Sung, who met his fiancée in February this year and is getting married after just eight months, shared, “We dated a few times nine years ago, but the age gap was a bit overwhelming then. This February, we reconnected through an acquaintance, which led to our marriage.”
He added, “I proposed just a few weeks ago.” Kim Jang Hoon expressed curiosity, asking, “How do young people propose these days?” Kang Kyun Sung explained, “I thought my fiancée should look her best. So I tricked Ha Jin by calling it a ‘sponsorship’ and took her to a salon for a full makeover. After that, I read her a handwritten letter and gave her a ring. It felt like a small wedding.” JUn Hyun Moo nodded deeply, saying, “I learned something new today.”
Kang Kyun Sung then comforted, “Kwak Tube is the youngest in our group, but he married first, then me. So next up is hyung Hyun Moo. We’re getting married in reverse order of age,” offering a playful prediction.
