We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Food & Beverage manager, Ana, and her team, along with Chef Miguel and his Team.
They provided an exceptional dining experience that was truly impressive.
The Sommelier for our event was Candace Olsen. She gave a detailed explanation of the Figueirinha wines and the history of the Herdade da Figueirinha Estate located in Beja.
The culinary team at Wyndham Residences Restaurant in Alvor delivered a masterful meal, while our Sommelier Candace provided an outstanding explanation of the perfectly paired Figueirinha wines, elevating each course.
From seamless service to perfectly matched wines, their combined efforts created an unforgettable evening that we highly recommend to others in the community.
