Concerns are growing for a missing teenager, four days on from his “out of character” disappearance.
Kristijonas Demcenko was last seen in Milngavie, East Dunbartonshire, at around 2.30pm on Monday, October 12.
The 17-year-old was captured walking on Mugdock Road at its junction with Douglas Street.
Police said Kristijonas missed an “important appointment” in Glasgow on Thursday and his family is “extremely worried”.
The teenager is described as white and around 5ft 6ins tall, with short, brown hair.
When he was last seen, Kristijonas was wearing a black jacket, black jeans and black trainers with a white sole.
Police say he was also carrying a black bag.
Police Scotland
Chief Inspector William Campbell said: “It is out of character for Kristijonas not to be in touch with his family and friends and our concern is growing.
“We continue to review relevant CCTV footage for any indication on where he may have gone.
“I would also ask the residents of Milngavie to check any doorbell or dash-cam footage as you may have captured an image of Kristijonas which could assist us in tracing him.
“Please also check any garden sheds or outbuildings in case he has sought shelter within.
“Any small piece of information could assist our ongoing enquiries.”
Anyone with information regarding Kristijonas’ whereabouts is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 0146 of Tuesday, October 13.
