Real Madrid have reached an agreement with Jude Bellingham over a contract extension until June 30, 2031, according to AS, with the England international also in line for a substantial improvement to his salary.
The proposed renewal would extend Bellingham’s original deal, which runs until 2029, and reinforce his position among the club’s most important players.
The midfielder joined Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2023 and has established himself as a decisive presence on the pitch.
According to the report, negotiations began towards the end of last season, with both parties aligned from the outset.
Bellingham’s growing connection with the club and life in Madrid has also strengthened the relationship, while fans at the Santiago Bernabeu have embraced his commitment and influence.

Real Madrid signed him to a contract until 2029 in 2023, but the new agreement would keep him at the club for another two seasons beyond that original expiry date.
Notably, his role at the club has extended beyond mere performances in recent months.
This is because, with established leaders such as Dani Carvajal, Luka Modric and Toni Kroos leaving, Bellingham has emerged as one of the figures capable of carrying the leadership responsibility forward.
Understandably so, the renewal would recognise both his performances and his growing standing within the squad.
Bellingham could earn more than €30 million per season
The financial terms are another significant element of the reported agreement, as Bellingham currently earns around €20 million per season, while the proposed renewal could push his annual salary beyond €30 million.
If confirmed, that increase would place the England international among Real Madrid’s highest-paid players alongside Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr.

It would also represent a considerable rise in recognition of the influence he has developed since joining the club.
However, the reported salary figure remains a projection linked to the proposed deal rather than a confirmed contractual term.
Bellingham reaches 150 appearances and 100 wins
The contract news follows a notable milestone for Bellingham during Real Madrid’s dramatic 4-3 comeback victory over AS Roma.
The match marked his 150th appearance for Los Blancos and his 100th win in a Madrid shirt.
Now, with a potential extension until 2031, Real Madrid would be seeking to secure Bellingham’s long-term future during a period in which he is increasingly viewed as a central figure in the club’s next generation of leaders.
