Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz reunited after 25 years as they filmed upcoming scenes for The Mummy 4 in west London on Tuesday.
The pair looked thrilled to be back together once more as they were seen for the first time on set and had transformed into American adventurer, Rick O'Connell, and librarian and aspiring Egyptologist, Evelyn Carnahan.
In the 1999 action-adventure film, The Mummy, their characters fell in love during their dangerous expedition to the ancient city of Hamunaptra.
At the time, critics praised their electric on-screen chemistry and the film became a beloved cult classic.
Rachel returned for the subsequent sequel The Mummy Returns in 2001, with the onscreen lovers marrying and going on to have a son together.
Fans will no doubt be delighted to see the pair back together again, more than two decades on.

Rachel, 56, and Brendan, 57, were seen sharing a warm greeting as they readied themselves for the cameras to start rolling.
The actress appeared to be filming a work scene as she looked business chic in a red checked pencil skirt, blazer and shirt.
Brendan, meanwhile, was more casually dressed as Rick, wearing a brown suede jacket and green flannel shirt.
The sequel is officially listed as an Untitled Mummy Project (2027), but is widely being referred to as The Mummy 4.
The latest film in the Mummy series ignores the events of Brendan's last entry in the series and instead follows decades after 2001's The Mummy Returns, which was the last film in the series that Weisz costarred in.
Her character, Evelyn, had been recast for Tomb of the Dragon Emperor with Maria Bello, but the new film is returning to the original leading cast.
John Hannah is also returning as Carnahan's brother, while Arnold Vosloo – who played the title monster in the original films – will be back.
Kevin J O'Connor, who played the mummy's henchman, has also been cast in the upcoming sequel, even though his character met a gruesome fate at the conclusion of the original film.

Stephen Sommers, who directed the first two modern Mummy films, is being replaced on the latest entry by the directing team of Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, who were previously credited as Radio Silence.
The two broke out with the 2019 horror-comedy hit Ready or Not, as well as the fifth and sixth entries in the Scream franchise and a sequel to Ready or Not that was released earlier this year.
In May, Brendan's latest film, Pressure, was released in theaters.
He starred in the Second World War film as Dwight D Eisenhower, who collaborated with the Scottish meteorologist James Stagg (played by Andrew Scott) as he planned out the monumental Operation Overlord, which began on June 6, 1944, with the storming of the beaches in Normandy.
While Pressure disappointed at the US box office after its May release, it was only released in France and the UK earlier this month.
The actor's return to prominence began in 2021, when Steven Soderbergh cast him as a heavy in his period crime thriller No Sudden Move, but it wasn't until the following year that he cemented his return with his Oscar-winning role in The Whale.
He starred in the Darren Aronofsky-directed drama as a morbidly obese homebound English teacher who struggled to teach his classes remotely while also using his limited time to reconnect with his estranged teenage daughter.
