Jazz GSM has introduced ROX AI and ROX AI Hub on its digital lifestyle platform, ROX, bringing conversational assistance, in-app transactions and access to multiple AI models into a single digital experience.
The launch supports JazzWorld’s broader AI-native journey, with Jazz GSM bringing consumer-facing AI products into services customers already use. Through ROX, customers can interact with services in everyday language, complete tasks through chat and access a choice of AI models within one platform.
ROX AI, powered by in-house AI capabilities, enables users to ask questions in Urdu and English through voice or text, discover services and complete transactions through a conversational interface. Users can subscribe to ROX packages, activate Vault deals and discounts, and purchase event tickets directly through chat, turning requests into actions without switching between services.
Complementing the assistant, ROX AI Hub brings together three AI models, Qwen, DeepSeek and Kimi. Users can choose the model that suits their needs, switch between models and track their monthly token usage in real time. Together, the two offerings combine assistance tailored to ROX services with access to broader AI capabilities.
