The Baltimore Ravens were considered underdogs against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football, given the fact that the visitors were without two-time MVP Lamar Jackson.
But the Ravens showed up and showed up, as Derrick Henry, Tyler Huntley, and crew ensured they picked up their fourth win of the season in style at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
After they got the job done, Henry made it a point to pull up the Ravens’ doubters with receipts. “It wasn’t a lot of y’all picking us to win,” Henry said with a smile. Then he pointed straight at a reporter off-camera.
“And yeah, you were one of them. I couldn’t wait for this moment.”
Ravens Fans Love Derrick Henry’s Receipt-Keeping
Six of the Baltimore Sun’s eight staffers predicted a Falcons win, with most of them pointing to Atlanta’s top-ranked run defense and a Ravens team without Jackson.
Only two picked Baltimore.
Henry, who currently ranks seventh in Pro Football Network’s RB Impact Metric, had the stats to go with the swagger. He had 24 carries for 102 yards against that supposedly stout run defense and added an 18-yard touchdown catch. He also converted the game-tying two-point try off a wildcat call.
Backup quarterback Tyler Huntley did the rest. He finished 24 of 32 for 201 yards and two scores, then punched in the winning sneak in overtime, taking his Week 5 PFN QB Impact Score to 74.1, ahead of names like Jalen Hurts, Dak Prescott, and Sam Darnold.

The Baltimore Sun didn’t hide from the joke. Its official account posted the clip with a cheerful apology. “Sorry, Derrick,” it wrote. “The Ravens running back was keeping receipts.” The video was credited to Brian Wacker.
Reporter Sam Cohn, who had picked Atlanta 27-20, took the L publicly. “Derrick Henry saw most of us at The Baltimore Sun predicted a Falcons win. We were wrong,” he wrote.
Ravens fans were happy to pile on, and they were quick to hand Henry the crown.

“Point em out, king,” one user wrote while quote-posting the team’s clip.
Anotherwent with “King Henry took that personally.”
A third kept it short and sweet: “We keep receipts.”
One fan took a victory lap on behalf of everyone who never doubted the team heading into Sunday Night Football. “The real ones believed in our Ravens,” the user wrote.
The win lifts the Ravens to 4-1 and keeps them atop the AFC North. They will fly to Cleveland next for a Week 6 meeting with the Cleveland Browns.
The Falcons, meanwhile, fell to 2-3. After winning two of their previous three games, they will look to regain momentum against a Chicago Bears team that could potentially get Caleb Williams back from injury.
