Jago Nari Unnayon Sangstha (JNUS) will recruit for the position of ‘Field Facilitator’ under a project titled “Sustainable WASH and Humanitarian Innovation for Local Transformation (SHIFT)”.
The Field Facilitator is responsible for providing support the team for ensuring quality works and compliance with project standards. The position ensures to support the implementation of community-based WASH activities by mobilizing communities, conducting awareness sessions, collecting field information, and ensuring effective coordination with beneficiaries and local stakeholders.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HSC in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Science or a relevant discipline.
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in WASH projects in FDMN camps.
- Must be a resident of Chattogram Division. Candidates from Cox’s Bazar District and female will be given preference, with highest priority to candidates from Ukhiya Upazila.
- Strong knowledge of humanitarian contexts, Rohingya response, and Cox’s Bazar operational environment.
- Fluency in Bangla and English; knowledge of the Rohingya dialect is an asset.
