MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. Russia’s federal budget revenues from both energy and non-energy sectors are tracking ahead of target for 2026, with non-oil-and-gas windfalls expected to reach approximately 1 trillion rubles ($11.92 billion), Finance Minister Anton Siluanov announced on Tuesday.
"As for 2026, we see that the projected targets for both non-oil-and-gas and oil-and-gas revenues are overall being outperformed," Siluanov told a plenary session of the State Duma.
The minister attributed the 1-trillion-ruble ($11.92 billion) revenue overshoot primarily to robust domestic economic growth. For the January-September period of 2026, non-oil-and-gas budget revenues surged 18.8% year-on-year to 24.2 trillion rubles ($288.37 billion), according to ministry data.
