The Baltimore Ravens (4-1) and Cleveland Browns (3-2) are set for a classic AFC North smash mouth matchup at 1 PM Eastern. The Browns will be the first team that the Ravens face with a winning record this season, yes, you read that right, and without Lamar Jackson it becomes a must-win for Cleveland.
Cleveland is coming off a 17-12 road loss to the Jets in a game where the wind really impacted both teams. Deshaun Watson and the Browns averaged 2.5 yards per pass and he was sacked eight times! The Cleveland offense squeezed out 198 total yards and lost two fumbles, which snapped the Browns’ three-game winning steak. Cleveland is averaging a league-low 22.5 yards per possession and ranks third-worst on third downs (30.6%). Cleveland has lost three-straight meetings versus Baltimore and are listed as +3 point home underdogs.
Baltimore will be without Lamar Jackson for a second-straight game, but they really didn’t miss him much in the 30-24 OT win at Atlanta. Tyler Huntley was an efficient 24-of-32 (75%) with three total touchdowns 92 pass, 1 rush) in the win. Derrick Henry ran for 102 yards on 24 carries and caught a touchdown from Huntley. Baltimore outgained Atlanta in yards 391-367 and averaged 5.5 yards per play en route to the third-consecutive win. One of the headlines ahead of this game will be a much-anticipated addition to the Ravens defense; Trey Hendrickson. He may only have one sack on the year, but his presence has been missed the last two games (finger surgery). Baltimore grabbed three sacks and an interception in Atlanta; and we can expect another aggressive performance in a heated divisional game.
Let’s dive into the numbers and see if we can’t find an additional sweat or two.

Expert picks & predictions for Ravens at Browns
Vaughn Dalzell (@VmoneySports) leans Deshaun Watson to go Over his 0.5 interceptions prop and the Ravens 1Q ML:
“Deshaun Watson only has two picks on the year and I believe a third could be coming. Divisional games are tough matchups, but in the AFC North, they’re brutal. Baltimore will be in the hunt for turnovers and oddly enough, Watson has performed better under pressure or when blitzed rather than a clean pocket, so that will be interesting to watch moving forward.
Cleveland has been outscored 34-6 in the first quarter, tied for the league’s largest margin. The first quarter was the highest scoring quarter of their last game, but I have a hard time seeing that again. I lean the Ravens 1Q ML and the 1Q Under 7.5.”
